Yes, our policies are individually rated for each application. We require you to list all medical conditions that you have been diagnosed with or treated for in the last 3 years. It is important to note that regarding our insurance policy if you are taking medication for a condition, you are being treated for that medical condition. Example: Taking high blood pressure medication? Then you are being treated for the medical condition of high blood pressure.
It depends; most hospitals are set up to allow Xodus to pay them for your care directly. However, most clinics in Canada are not set up to receive funds directly and receive their payments directly from GHIP. In these cases, you are often required to pay the clinics directly and get reimbursed through your policy.
